The midwest is largely overlooked as an incubator of fight talent. Panic Tapped would like to see that change.
Panic Tapped is the brainchild of group of fighters and enthusiasts who recognized the lack of coverage of the Midwest fight scene. Each person on staff is deeply involved in all aspects of MMA culture. From jiu jitsu players to pro fighters, we span the gamut.
We seek to provide the best platform for local midwestern fighters to share their stories and chronicle their journeys as they battle through the ranks. There is, simply put, too much talent in these flyover states to be ignored any longer. The vision at Panic Tapped is to provide an outlet to the world to showcase both the amateur and professional fighters striving for greatness in local shows, and follow them as they progress to bigger stages.
There are no shows too small to cover, or fighters too new to talk to. We understand the work, the blood and the sacrifices it takes to step into the ring and test yourself. We’re here to cover those stories.
We are fighters covering fighters.
MEET THE TEAM
Nicki Klein is a mom of three girls who are all too sassy for their own good. She has no idea where they get it from. She enjoys wine, coffee, and long chokes on the beach. If she's not training, she's hunting for deals on rash guards online, buying yet another bottle of Essie nail polish, or hiding from her children in the closet with a bottle of wine and the last ice cream sandwich.
